Registration is now open for our Winter/Spring 2025 Skills & Drills Sessions
What: Seven - 2 hour Skill Sessions
When: Saturdays, Jan. 18, Feb. 1, Feb. 15, Mar. 8, Mar. 22, Apr. 5, Apr. 19 - 2025
Where: Players Paradise Sports Complex - 565 Seaman St, Stoney Creek, ON L8E 5Z5
Time: 5 - 7 pm
Participants: Boys & Girls Born 2010 - 2015
Cost: $190 Includes Flag Football Academy t-shirt
PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED AFTER REGISTRATION TO CONFIRM YOUR SPOT

* We hope to run a mini skills camp in the spring for those born 2016 and later
Skills sessions will focus on:
Passing & snapping
Catching, route running
Flagging, rushing
Defending run & pass
Speed & Agility
Sessions will focus on skills as well as fun games and competitions.
Coaches from the Academy, Hamilton's NFL Flag 5 on 5 Football League, Hamilton Football Association as well as guest coaches from the
Tiger-Cat Alumni Association, Hamilton Tiger-Cats and other athletic training programs.
We are limited to 50 spots. We will be compiling a waiting list after 50 are filled to possibly book additional fields
