UNFORTUNATELY, SCHEDULED WEEKLY BOOKINGS OF INDOOR TURF FIELDS BY MULTIPLE SPORTS HAS RESULTED IN LACK OF AVAILABLE TIMES THAT WOULD ALLOW US TO SCHEDULE OUR SKILLS SESSIONS WITH REGULAR CONSISTENCY. SHOULD SPACE BECOME AVAILALBE IN WINTER 2026, WE WILL UP-DATE THIS PAGE.

Catching, route running
Flagging, rushing
Defending run & pass
Speed & Agility
Sessions will focus on skills as well as fun games and competitions.
Coaches from the Academy, Hamilton's NFL Flag 5 on 5 Football League, Hamilton Football Association as well as guest coaches from the
Tiger-Cat Alumni Association, Hamilton Tiger-Cats and other athletic training programs.
